Customer Support Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Fixed term contract for 12 months to start ASAP!

About the Role:

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a proactive Customer Support Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Sywell. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with external sales teams, build lasting customer relationships, and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting external sales teams within a dedicated area.
  • Preparing, sending, and following up on customer quotes.
  • Making proactive outbound calls to promote products.
  • Assisting customers with stock availability, lead times, and orders.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and processing returns or warranty requests.

What We're Looking For:

  • IT and CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience is a plus!).
  • A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills.
  • A highly organised and commercially aware mindset.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Due to the location, own transport is required.
