Customer Support Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Fixed term contract for 12 months to start ASAP!
About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive Customer Support Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Sywell. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with external sales teams, build lasting customer relationships, and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting external sales teams within a dedicated area.
- Preparing, sending, and following up on customer quotes.
- Making proactive outbound calls to promote products.
- Assisting customers with stock availability, lead times, and orders.
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and processing returns or warranty requests.
What We're Looking For:
- IT and CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience is a plus!).
- A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills.
- A highly organised and commercially aware mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Due to the location, own transport is required.
