A renowned and much-loved charity saving lives across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and the East of England for over 50 years, is seeking a dynamic Digital Engagement Officer to join their dedicated team. With a brand new, state-of-the-art offices & HQ this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the digital marketing and fundraising platforms to maximise retention of both new and existing supporters.
Digital Engagement Officer
You will be responsible for strategy, planning and delivery of email programmes, campaigns, Facebook, digital ads and analysing results to increase support achieving the charities fundraising and communications objectives.
Additionally, you will lead the team in all digital communications, making recommendations for new content, channels and activity. Also, update and maintain fundraising pages on the website and third-party sites.
About You:
- Experience of digital marketing or fundraising campaigns
- Previous experience of specific email marketing systems (Mailchimp, Dot Digital, Pardot)
- Proven experience of analytics and reporting packages, and making informed decisions
- Experience running digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience producing a digital marketing plan or strategy
