The One Group are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a huge group in Peterborough on a full time, temporary basis. This role will see you working for a minimum of 3 months with potential to be extended.

This role would suit someone who is experienced in Accounts Payable, and has the ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Review, log, code and send purchase invoices for approval
• Process receipted purchase ledger invoices
• Review new supplier set up requests & process purchase order requisitions
• Prepare supplier statement reconciliations
• Create sales ledger invoices
• Prepare sales ledger balance confirmation statements
• Monitor inboxes and respond to queries

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Availability for an immediate start
• Strong Excel skills

Benefits:

• 37.5 hours per week
• £27,000-£31,000 per annum
• Hybrid Working
