The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with an industry-leading organisation, whose stunning offices are based in central Peterborough. They are looking for a qualified Finance Manager to join their team on a hybrid working basis - and we're lucky enough to be assisting them with their search.
This is an exciting and newly created role, with an opportunity for the right candidate to step into a Finance Controller position in the next 6-12 months. But it doesn't stop there, this role will also give you a clear pathway to become a future Finance Director in the next few years.
The role will be split between the office and home/remote working, with a split of 3 days a week working remotely, and the other two days based in the office.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Monthly management accounts
- Management of a small finance team
- Regular process and control reviews
- Support with new system developments
- Data analysis and stakeholder management
You will need to be (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) qualified with at least 3-4 years' PQE. A proven track record of successful team management is also essential.
