My client, a market leading manufacturer with a reputation for excellence is looking for a confident and driving HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their People team.

  • Permanent and fully on-site role
  • Bar Hill - Own transport is required
  • Up to £35,000
  • Interviews taking place the week before Christmas!!

This varied role will allow you the opportunity to provide top notice administration and coordination across a great HR team.

Key Areas:

  • Lead recruitment campaign discussions with hiring managers
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the interview processes
  • Liaise with candidates, coordinating interviews, leading on communication
  • Create, post and shortlist job vacancies
  • Manage the pre-boarding administration
  • Maintain employee and general files
  • Support the HR team with all administration

This role is ideal for a skilled administrator with experience in an HR team and has a desire to develop their career further within HR. Familiarity with managing recruitment campaigns is a bonus too, as you will be conducting interviews, coordinating with external agencies and completing enhanced background checks.
