Excellent opportunity for a standalone HR Manager to join this commercial organisation close to Stansted. The client is looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager (very much a Generalist role). You will need to have experience working in either Manufacturing, Construction or similar.
- Manage complex Employee Relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, etc
- Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
- Identify training needs and contribute to the development and implementation of individual and team learning and development plans.
- Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
- Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
- Support the recruitment process - writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
- Inductions
You will need the following experience:-
- CIPD qualification of equivalent
- Proven HR Generalist experience at Manager level
- Dealt with complex ER Cases
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation
- Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
