My client are a market leading manufacturer of specialist packaging products, supplying to some of the biggest names in food production and operating across Europe and Asia. Their site near Ely is home to nearly 250 staff and is part of three sites across the UK.
Working alongside the Head of HR and Site Director, you will provide a pragmatic and commercial HR support and guidance. You will support and coach line managers during issues such as ER cases, grievances and disciplinaries.
You will support with recruitment and workforce planning, working with Managers to understand their challenges and help them to attract the best talent.
You will lead on HR projects and process improvements, identifying key challenges and developing strategies.
This is a really interesting and hands on role and a great opportunity to add value and develop your experience.
Ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing environment or similar.
The role is office based 5 days a week Monday to Friday
Salary circa £50,000 plus a range of benefits
