Are you a strong HR Generalist but also has the understanding of Payroll? If so my client is looking for you....
Reporting into the Head of HR you will primarily have responsibility for all day-to-day HR matters related to assisting and advising team members on employee engagement, employee relations, talent acquisition and retention and be a consultative partner with the HR team and on-site leadership.
In addition to the multitude of HR matters that may arise, you will also be the primary responsible person for processing payroll for approximately 200 employees on a weekly basis. This will include processing, reporting, reconciliation, audit support, payroll changes and all other tasks related to the payroll and benefits functions
What are they looking for experience wise?
- 3 years plus HR and Generalist experience
- 3 years plus Payroll and/or finance role
- Ability to manage multiple projects from end to end
- Computer savvy
- Strong communication skills
- Use of Workday is essential

Salary - £38-42,000 plus very good benefits
