You will be responsible for all the essential hygiene activity within a busy food manufacturing site. You'll have a decent-sized team underneath you, so it's important that you've got the ability to lead and inspire.

You'll oversee the sites standards, necessary compliance paperwork is managed whilst also getting involved with a lot of project work. So there will be plenty to keep you busy!

You'll be reporting into a Hygiene Manager who will be able to teach you all there is to know. The site itself is a good size and has an impressive mix of customers.


What will you need?

• Experience as a hygiene manager/team leader/supervisor within food/fmcg manufacturing (flexible with category)
• Ability to lead, motivate and inspire the hygiene function
• Proactive, problem-solving nature
