So how refreshing is it to hear of a business that has opened two new sites in the past 12 months (Now up to 8 sites!) and plan on opening more in the future?

Business is absolutely booming for this establishment! They are privately owned and operated, so there's no huge corporate red tape surrounding decision making.

So where do you come in then?

The site needs a leader. You will have responsibility for one of the two business units on site and a team of 4 direct reports, with a production workforce underneath. There is enormous development potential available too for the right person.

We need a through-and-through Production Manager. Someone who galvanizes the shop floor. Someone who doesn't want to spend all day in their office looking at a screen. Someone who wants to out in the factory; leading, motivating, setting standards & smashing targets.

What will you need?

• 3-5 years production leadership experience - ideally managing team leaders/supervisors
• Recycling industry experience would be ideal, also plastics is a good crossover. But we won't discount any heavy industrial background
• Excellent communication skills
