CNC Turner – Late Shift
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 4am
Salary: Competitive with overtime at enhanced rates

This is a well-established aerospace manufacturer with a strong order book, investing in both machinery and people. You’ll be working on high-spec components where quality actually matters, not just ticking boxes.
What you’ll be doing:
Setting and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
Working on low to medium batch, high-precision aerospace components
Reading engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances
Carrying out in-process inspection to maintain quality standards
Making adjustments at the machine to keep things running efficiently
Supporting general machine upkeep and keeping your area in good order
What they’re looking for:
Solid experience setting and operating CNC turning machines
Comfortable working with Fanuc controls
Able to read drawings and work to tight tolerances without being handheld
Experience with materials like stainless, titanium, Inconel or aluminium
Someone who takes pride in their work and understands the standards required in aerospace
