I feel incredibly privileged to work with clients who are doing genuinely exciting things at the forefront of technology, engineering and innovation. Having worked in this market for many years, I bring strong sector knowledge, a well-established network and a real understanding of what makes both clients and candidates tick.
For me, recruitment is never transactional. I am passionate about finding the right fit, both technically and culturally, and taking the time to understand what success really looks like for everyone involved. I care about building honest, long-term relationships and adding value beyond simply matching a CV to a job description. Whether I’m supporting a business with a key hire or helping someone take the next step in their career, I always want the process to feel thoughtful, informed and human.

At the weekend you will find me…… Most likely on a padel court, as I have become a bit of a padel addict, or out in a field somewhere with the dogs. I also love spending time with my family and, every now and again, doing something a little more adrenaline-fuelled. I have climbed the O2, and next on the list is climbing over Ally Pally and abseiling at Spurs’ football ground.
Fun Fact
I love colourful clothes and once sang as part of a choir at the Royal Albert Hall!
Testimonials
“I would highly recommend Colette to anyone looking for a new role. Colette is one of if not the only Recruitment Consultant you’ll find who actually cares about you and actually pays attention to your job situation. Colette took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure not to push any roles on me just for the sake of it. If you’re looking for someone who cares about their job and actually takes pride in what they are doing, then Colette is the person you’ve been looking for.”
