Customer Engagement Specialist
Do you have experience working in a customer focused environment delivering high quality output?
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established Peterborough team as the initial point of contact for customers.
To be successful in this role you will have strong attention to detail and be able to work under your own initiative, ensuring strict deadlines are met.
Experience of working within the motor trade would be desirable but not essential - determination and the willingness to learn are more important.
If you are a dynamic and motivated self-starter with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, with excellent communication and inter-personal skills this may be the role for you.
Duties will include:
* Arranging aftersales and sales bookings by telephone and allocating the work
* Responding promptly to customer enquiries across other channels such as email and corporate booking systems
* Making sure customers are aware of latest offers through proactive contact
* Carrying out administrative tasks
The role will incorporate working Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. You will need to be within a commutable distance to Peterborough as this is an office based role.
