Our client is looking for a proactive "hands-on" HR Manager to lead their people team. The role is very much a generalist role and they are looking for someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up to deliver excellence and drive the group people strategy. You will be responsible for the following:-

• Support and manage the People Team on a day-to-day basis
• Provide support with ER casework
• Review , monitor and update policies and processes
• Manage the headcount budget
• Manage and review all benefits
• Assist with the delivery of internal training
• Monthly reports for the Senior Leadership team.
• Ad-hoc Projects

You will need the following experience:-

• Experience of working in a Generalist HR role and managing a team
• Extensive ER experience
• Excellent management and leadership qualities
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills
• The drive to improve performance and deliver exceptional results

Salary Circa £60k plus company car and benefits.
